This committee reviews ethical dilemmas in psychiatric practice, and provides leadership and guidance to members. The committee also has the responsibility of investigating ethical complaints against members following action by the Maryland Board of Physicians. It is constitutionally limited to eight members, three of whom must be past presidents.
