Half-and-Half Course The PCSS Half-and-Half Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) waiver training course provides an overview of the FDA-approved medication buprenorphine prescribed for the treatment of opioid use disorder (OUD). The course meets the required 8-hour training to prescribe buprenorphine for the treatment of OUD.
