About Lumin Health
Lumin Health was founded in 2022 in the Boston Metro area and has quickly become the largest ketamine/esketamine-providing medical practice in Massachusetts. We are a psychiatrist-led, multisite, and academically-leaning medical practice that trains psychiatric residents, fellows, and nurse practitioner students. Our values include a strong commitment to integrating into a patient’s outpatient team of providers; operating within and informed by evidence-based practice; creating a warm, hospitality-focused environment for patients; and presenting ketamine esketamine as viable, trustworthy options for patients and referring providers.

Job Opportunity
We are looking for a psychiatrist to lead a multidisciplinary team who enjoys opportunities for teaching.

  • Full-Time | 280-300K + Bonus
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) & PTO
  • Monday-Friday
  • Location: In-Person Clinic in Bethesda, MD
  • Start Date: Flexible – March-May

Requirements: Board-certified/eligible psychiatrist (MD/DO), licensed in-state. Ketamine/esketamine experience preferred but not required. Leadership experience is preferred but not required.
