The Maryland Insurance Administration issues order against United Healthcare

The Maryland Insurance Administration (MIA) issued an order in June that penalizes United Healthcare $500,000 for failing to meet the requirements SB 334/HB 455, priority legislation from 2020 that established parity compliance reporting requirements for commercial health insurers in Maryland.
