The MPS joined other Maryland Parity Coalition members in a letter to the Maryland Insurance Administration calling for a separate analysis of non-quantitative treatment limitations (NQTLs) for mental health and for substance use disorder benefits, as well as other changes in the parity compliance reporting required for insurers.
