The MPS joined other Maryland Behavioral Health Coalition organizations in signing a Statement Regarding the Department of Health’s System of Care Process.  The Coalition advocates moving toward value-based, outcome-focused, recovery-oriented service delivery in the public behavioral health system to improve care quality and cost predictability and avoid service disruption.
