In addition to signing on to Legal Action Center comments on specific provisions in Maryland’s network adequacy regulations and questions posed by the Insurance Administration, the MPS worked with the American Psychiatric Association to give additional input underscoring the parity implications of network adequacy.  Click here to view the joint letter.
