Key Point Health Services, Inc., is a CARF Accredited 501(c)(3) non-profit mental health organization located in Maryland. For over 35 years we have provided behavioral healthcare to underprivileged children, lower income families, the homeless, the elderly, and individuals who are on state funded assistance and/or Medicare in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Cecil County, and Harford County. We provide community based and school-based counseling and support for children and families. Residential and Day program services for adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, as well as Child PRP services. Maryland Disability Determination Services (DDS) is a State agency within the Division of Rehabilitation Services under the Maryland State Department of Education. The Social Security Administration (SSA), contracts with State agencies to administer the disability portion of their program. Using SSA regulations, our agency adjudicates Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income claims. The DDS is responsible for developing medical evidence and making the medical determination for SSA. How can you assist this process?

Maryland State Retirement and Pension System is charged with the fiduciary responsibility of providing the retirement and pension allowances of more than 160,000 retirees and beneficiaries, as well as the future benefits for more than 244,000 active and former members. These groups include state government employees, teachers, law enforcement personnel, legislators, judges and local government employees and firefighters whose employers have elected to participate in the $54.1 billion system. In addition to service retirement benefits, the MSRPS provides important disability coverage if a serious illness or injury permanently incapacitates a member from performing his or her job duties. Therapeutic Connections is an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) located in Howard County Maryland. We provide in home/office therapy to youth, adolescents, and adults. In addition, we operate a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP,) as well as provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) in the home and school system.
