Learning Objectives:
Attendees will understand the historical and legal basis for privacy protections
Attendees will learn the limitations and reasoning behind limitations on privacy
Attendees will be cognizant of emergency trends in legislation that threaten privacy
Attendees will be able to describe a formal model of ethical decision making.
At the conclusion of this activity, physicians will be able to discuss common forms of physical and neuropsychiatric difficulties in survivors of critical illness, what is known about risk factors, and how they may help patients and families recover.
Describe the process by which the dementia quality measures were developed;
List the measures in the Dementia Management Quality Measure Set Update published in the American Journal of Psychiatry (2020);
Consider the implications of this measure set for their practice.

The participants will be able to describe the FDA approved medications for the management of opioid use disorder
