Paul McHugh, MD, University Distinguished Service Professor of Psychiatry and Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Johns Hopkins, is this year’s speaker for the annual Thomas E. Hunt, Jr., MD History of Maryland Medicine Lecture.
Dr. McHugh’s lecture will combine contemporary psychiatric theory with the practice of treating mental illness throughout the history of Maryland. His lectures are always fascinating and thought-provoking.
