About the Conference
Maryland’s Office of Overdose Response is hosting this in-person conference on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. This all-day event will bring together leaders, practitioners, individuals with lived experience, and community partners to strengthen our collective efforts to reduce overdoses across Maryland and to increase pathways to substance use recovery.

The theme of this year’s conference is “From Evidence to Impact.”

There is no cost to attend. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Agenda
This conference will feature various breakout sessions on important topics related to substance use and overdose in Maryland. At present, the organizing committee is working to finalize our selections for conference presentations. Additional details regarding our final agenda will be shared in the coming weeks.
