Substance Use Awareness Advocacy Day

Maryland’s Office of Overdose Response invites you to join us for our inaugural Substance Use Awareness Advocacy Day rally on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, from 9 –11 am!

This event will bring together individuals and organizations committed to raising awareness and advocating for meaningful action to address the impacts of the overdose crisis in our communities. You do not need to register to attend – all are welcome.

The event will feature remarks from Lieutenant Governor Aruna Miller, Special Secretary of Overdose Response Emily Keller, and other state and local officials. Whether you’re an advocate, a community leader, or someone who has been personally affected, we hope you can join us and raise your voices as we work together to create lasting change.
