Over the last few weeks, MPS leadership has been monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and the potential impact for our attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors in connection with our 2020 Annual Dinner scheduled for April 2, 2020, as well as our April 15^th CME event

MPS has made the difficult decision to postpone both events. We hope you will agree that the health and safety of our membership, staff, exhibitors, sponsors, and our communities are the top priority. If you have already purchased a ticket to either event your ticket will be valid for the re-scheduled date. If you are unable to attend the event on the rescheduled date the amount of your ticket will be posted to your account as a credit, which you may use for a future meeting, dues, etc.

We thank you for your patience and understanding while MPS leadership took the necessary time to thoroughly evaluate this rapidly evolving and complex situation.  We are disappointed as a lot of work had gone into planning these events. We will keep you informed of postponement dates as soon as scheduled and hope that you will be able to join us then.
