Effective February 15, all Maryland licensed healthcare providers who prescribe or dispense Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) will have their registrations rejected if they are not already registered with the Maryland Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP).   CDS registrants who have already registered with the PDMP do not need to do anything at this time.
